Ovensehi Technology and Construction has commenced construction of Ovensehi Boulevard, a luxury residential housing development located in the Lekki area of Lagos State.

The project was formally launched during a groundbreaking ceremony attended by investors, construction partners and other stakeholders in the real estate sector.

Speaking at the event, the Chief Executive Officer of the company, Saint Joseph Bilal Ovensehi, said the development was designed to reflect long-term value and quality housing delivery within the Lekki corridor.

He described the project as part of the company’s effort to contribute to the ongoing expansion of Lagos’ real estate sector, particularly within the rapidly developing Lekki axis.

“The name Ovensehi carries meaning and history for me, and projects like Ovensehi Boulevard represent the kind of legacy we want to build over time,” he said.

“This development is about creating something timeless, a place defined by quality, strong design, and lasting value. We believe Lekki is shaping the future of Lagos, and we are proud to contribute to that transformation.”

According to the company, the residential estate will feature contemporary architecture, recreational facilities, spacious apartment layouts and security infrastructure targeted at homeowners and property investors.

The firm added that the development was positioned to benefit from increasing infrastructure growth and rising demand for premium residential properties within the Lekki area.

Construction work has commenced on the project, which is expected to add to the growing number of luxury residential developments across Lagos.
