Lagos-based gadget retailer business, Zilch Enterprise, has empahisesd the importance of priotising customers comfort and welfare while engaging in business.

The company stated this during the launch of its physical store at the Obys Mall in Lagos, marking its expansion from online and delivery operations.

Founder of the gadget retail business, Mr Celestine Okoli, said the decision to establish a physical outlet was aimed at improving customer access and strengthening the business structure.

He said: “I saw the need to create a space where customers can walk in, inspect products themselves, and make purchases directly. The business has grown over the years, and opening a store is part of efforts to operate on a more structured level.”

Okoli said the venture started on a small scale during his secondary school years through the sale of phones, laptops, tablets, and accessories sourced through import channels.

According to him, the business later expanded during his university years, with sales extending to students, lecturers and customers across different locations.
