MC Edopikin holds successful Edo In Eko show

For the second year in a row, Nigerian comedian, MC Edopikin thrilled Lagos audience and gave them an unforgettable night at this year’s edition of his flagship show tagged Edo In Eko.

The talented showman reinvented himself before an audience comprising fans and fun-seekers at Eko Hotel & Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.

In tune with the multicultural theme of the show as a melting point of talents from his home state of Edo and the city of Lagos, the host served a buffet of fun enriched by comedy and musical performances.

One of the key highlight of the event was a music-comedy performance by the host that left the audience in awe. He used two popular music genres, Reggae and Hip Hop to evoke nostalgic stories. The event also featured music battle where young talents showcased themselves.

Established comedians such as I Go Dye, Destalker, Koboko Master and Casino gave the fans a show not to forget in a hurry. Their performances complemented others from other young and fast-rising talents such as Yannist, Privileged Son, Dasaint, MOP, Jesta, Abarie.com and Mc Wyze.

Self-acclaimed Port Harcourt’s First Son, Duncan Mighty drove the audience wild with his evergreen songs alongside others such as Fabomo, BMG and Bulkwyd.

Notable celebrities at the event include veterans such as Ali Baba and Julius Agwu, as well as others including Kenny Blaq, Josh2Funny, Ali baba, Sexy Steel, Etinosa, Pencil the comedian, Ehizogie Ogbebor, CEO, Sayaveth interiors.

The event was incomplete without the strong backing of brands such as AY homes, Maltina, Goldberg, Legend, Davic Empire, Friends and family wine among others.
