International Men’s Day, celebrated annually on November 19th, honors the significant contributions men bring to their families, communities, and society at large. It provides an opportunity to highlight the positive value of men in everyday life and foster discussions around men’s health, gender relations, and societal expectations.

The theme for 2024, “Positive Male Role Models”, aims to spotlight men who exemplify positive traits and inspire others while addressing the negative aspects of traditional masculinity. By encouraging and developing such role models, the goal is to create a healthier, more inclusive environment where men can thrive without the constraints of harmful stereotypes.

This year’s theme calls for a celebration of men who lead by example and a commitment to raising the next generation of compassionate, respectful, and empowered men.
