Digital marketing expert, Dr. Timothy Oke, has shared key strategies for leveraging digital technology to drive profitable customer acquisition.
He made this known recently, asserting the need for the effective utilization of digital technology for profitable customer acquisition.

With over a decade of experience as an expert in the industry, Oke emphasized the importance of understanding digital technologies and utilizing the right tools and platforms to reach target audiences effectively.
“Digital technology offers businesses unprecedented opportunities for customer acquisition. By leveraging digital channels such as social media, search engines, and email marketing, businesses can engage with potential customers in a personalized and cost-effective manner,” he said.
Oke went on to state the significance of data-driven decision-making in digital marketing, noting: “Data is the backbone of successful digital marketing campaigns. By analysing customer data and market trends, businesses can tailor their marketing efforts to resonate with their target audience and drive meaningful engagement.”
He stressed the importance of adopting a multi-channel approach to customer acquisition, stating: “Gone are the days of relying solely on traditional advertising methods,” says Oke. “Businesses need to embrace a multi-channel approach, leveraging a combination of social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and search engine optimization to reach customers at every touch point of their digital journey.”
Highlighting the significance of customer-centric marketing strategies, he said: “Customers today expect personalized experiences. By understanding their needs, preferences, and pain points, businesses can create targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with their audience and drive conversion.
“Digital marketing is not a one-size-fits-all solution. Businesses need to continuously monitor and optimize their campaigns based on real-time data and insights to ensure maximum effectiveness,” he said.
