
Fast-rising comedian, Olawuyi Toheeb Olatunde, aka Classy Jester is gradually warming his way into the hearts of Nigerian showbiz lovers with his unique talents.
Classy Jester, a Statistics undergraduate of LAUTECH in this interview opened up on his success journey, inspiration behind his stage name and lots more.

So far, how would you rate the year 2021 in terms of career success?
2021 is so far a great year, against all odds, we give thanks to God.
What would you say is your major achievements?
I got my biggest brand ambassadorship contract. I worked with 1XBet FuretinXChanger AsiwajuHerbs and others. However, I look forward to work with more top brands.
How did you pull through with the coronavirus pandemic last year, when shows were restricted?
I survived through online brand influencing and YouTube paid off really well. I didn’t record any loss.
How did your journey into entertainment begin? How has it been?
I started making skits in 2016 with a friend of mine, it was really hard putting it together but we give glory to God we don’t look like what we’ve been through.
What would you say is your major breakthrough in showbiz?
Uniqueness. My style and way of delivery is totally different.
Running showbiz business in a Country that has lots of content creators and social media comedians could be quite challenging, how do you cope? What stands you out?
I do soliloquy skit which is very unique amongst others.
If you have a chance, what would you like to change in the Nigerian entertainment industry?
I don’t see anything I can point out to
How do you get inspiration for your creative content?
It comes naturally and sometimes from experiences
You recently launched Classyfones, can you tell us more about it?
ClassyfonesNG is an Online Gadget store.
Life as an entrepreneur must be tough, what keeps you motivated?
We keep pushing.
What’s the inspiration behind your name Classy Jester?
Classy Jester is just a representation of a Posh Clown, I go the idea from the legendary Craze Clown.
