Modest beginning of Auspicious Properties CEO Adekoya Fatai Adedayo

The CEO of Auspicious Properties, Adekoya Fatai Adedayo belongs to the rare breed of young entrepreneurs who can turn stones into diamonds. Adekoya Fatai Adedayo is a real estate agent who helps Nigerians both home and abroad to secure and acquire genuine properties.

This young, vibrant entrepreneur calling the shots at Auspicious Properties hails from Epe in Lagos State and has a passion for running businesses, venturing into real estate and other related real estate investment services such as; property sale, property lease, real estate investment, real estate advisory, real estate development and much more.

The CEO of Auspicious Properties is a product of Saint Anthony Grammar School Ensure in Ijebu Imushin, Ogun state. He obtained a BSC degree in Business Administration at the University of Lagos in the year 2014. In 2015, the leading man behind Auspicious Properties answered to the hushed whisper of necessity, to serve the nation.

Auspicious Properties head honcho was mobilised for the one-year mandatory National Youth Service Corps. After the three-week orientation at the Iselukwu Camp in Delta, he was posted to Alasi Primary School Boji Boji Owa in Ika North LGA Delta State where he contributed his quota to develop and nurture the kids’ interests in education.

“I was privileged to meet different people from all over Nigeria with different personalities, ethnicity, Cultural and religion belief”, said the brain box of Auspicious Properties.

Auspicious Properties boss rounded up in April 2016. In the second month of the same year, he kicked off his career in the labour market when he joined Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc as a Marketing Executive. In August 2016, Adekoya Fatai Adedayo joined Sterling Bank Plc. While at Sterling bank, his life started to take a new shape.

Auspicious Properties founder learnt about organizational structure and how it works in real life. He also met a couple of persons who touched his life positively, like the bank’s regional manager Madam Mena. Others include Mr. Rasak Adewale , Rita Aseku, Udeme Okon, Blessing Akogu, Tinuade Adelaja, Moyinoluwa, and much more.

In 2017, the founder of Auspicious Properties decided to quit the banking world to start a new life in the real estate industry as a freelance consultant. He joined Billionaires Realtors Group through Mr. Adeola Aladeotan. 

Being someone who is open to experience and eager to succeed, Auspicious Properties founder volunteered to work freely without being paid for BRG and Aspire Heigth Limited (now TriBitat) real estate so as to learn and acquire necessary skills in the real estate industry.

Growing up for the Auspicious Properties was not all fun and rosy like his peers. He lost his Dad at a very tender age and he was left to fend for himself. He started hawking at the age of 8 years to support his family and settle his school bills. 

“I usually buy bottle waters in cartons on credit and sell in units in order to make a profit. I was doing this till 2003, Later I proceeded to work at omo wood company at ogbere in Ogun state”. As someone who’s very resourceful, Adekoya Adedayo always seems to figure out a way to make things happen, no matter the challenge.

Auspicious Properties needed something to motivate him, he found John C. Maxwell book titled “Be all you can be” and it was enough to do the magic. “This book changed my entire life and I began to see my value, so in 2008 I left my family in Ogun state to pursue my dream here in Lagos, I joined Ican Ats class in Pye house ltd Owen street Jibowu Yaba.” said the founder of Auspicious Properties.
