
As part of its corporate social responsibility, Winco Foam supported the efforts of the government in fighting the pandemic during the first wave of the Covid 19 pandemic.
Winco foam distributed palliatives in form of food items and other materials worth millions of naira to the people within its host communities in Abuja. The items distributed include: rice, tomatoes, tuber of yams, noodles, face masks and so forth.
At the event, the Managing Director Winco Foam Abuja, Mr. Olisa Okafor thanked the host communities for their cooperation and peaceful co-existence. He also applauded the resilience of the people in the face of the pandemic and urged the community dwellers to observe all Covid-19 safety precautions.
Present at the event were the village heads and leaders of Tunga-maje and Zuba communities at the Gwagwalada area council of Federal capital territory. The leaders expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the management of Winco Foam Abuja for their support.
Also, some of the recipients of the palliative thanked the organization for the kind gesture and uttered words of prayer for the progress of the organization.
