The Customs Area Controller (CAC), Murtala Muhammed International Airport Command of the Nigeria Customs Service, CAC, Jane Shoboiki, has declared that the inability and failure of Customs agents to adhere strictly to cargo clearance procedures is responsible for delay in trade facilitation.
