The report  also revealed   that only 416 projects have been completed out of 864 projects tracked by the organization.

The findings further shows that 241 projects out of the entire projects tracked are still ongoing in the current fiscal year.

This was revealed yesterday in a presentation by the head  at Tacka Nigeria, Mr. Ilevbaoje Uadamen, at a stakeholders  meeting organized by CLEEN Foundation  in Abuja tagged: Monitoring Federal Government Budget Implementation: Performance and Accountability issues in Nigeria.

Tracka is a community of active citizens tracking the implementation of government projects in their community to ensure service delivery.

It engages citizens on budgetary provisions in their communities and provides citizens with budget data access in rural and urban communities, increasing their awareness of their right to access budget information and   promoting their willingness to monitor projects and demand better service delivery from their elected representatives.

According to the sources, the report was gathered from information generated from 20 states of Osun, Bauchi, Enugu, Edo, Delta and Lagos States of the federation.
