UYO—The Nigerian Army has said  it will continue to train its personnel in line with the directive from the Army headquarters, to acquire new skills, strengthen and consolidate on professionalism.

A NON Governmental Organization, NGO, the Youths Initiative for Advocacy, Growth, and Advancement (YIAGA), which is an internationally-sponsored election monitoring group said, yesterday, that it would deploy 500 election observers to monitor the Anambra State governorship election in November.
