LEDAP wants court to declare post-UTME tests illegal
A civil society organisation, Legal Defence and Assistance Project, LEDAP, has asked a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja to declare that the post-Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME tests conducted by Universities, Polytechnics and Colleges before admitting students are illegal and should be abolished.
