Renowned Nollywood actress, Kate Henshaw, has come hard on a liquor company, Frixion Vodka, for allegedly using her picture for an online advertisement without first obtaining her consent.

The liquor brand which is said to be a Swedish made distilled alcoholic beverage, unveiled its new brand ambassadors on its social media page on Monday, with the caption; “A long drink with Kate Henshaw and we still want more. #frixionvodka #wearthecrown”, alongside a photo of the actress.

The 45-year-old actress obviously wasn’t pleased with the brand, which made her go on her twitter page to scold them, referring to them as a lawless brand.

“I detest this! This is what happens in a lawless country! Do you have my permission to use my image”, she protested.

However, as at press time, the liquor company is yet to react to Kate’s post.
