Recent arrest of a kidnap kingpin who allegedly abducted a liquor dealer in Asaba, Delta state, has exposed alleged police complicity in implicating a private detective based in Anambra state. The detective, Jude Ukachi, Director of Jufuso security agency, arrested the notorious kingpin in Anambra state and handed him over to the Special Anti-Robery Squad, SARS, in Delta state police command for thorough investigations and possible prosecution.
