A chieftain of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Delta State, Chief Sunny Onuesoke, has warned that the judiciary was gradually becoming a great problem to Nigeria’s democracy.

A 56-year-old man, Akin Lawson, who allegedly stole his brother’s jewellery- processing machines valued at N600million was on Thursday in Lagos granted a N5million-bail. A Yaba Magistrates’ Court that gave the ruling also ordered Lawson to produce two sureties in like sum as part of the bail conditions.
