Delta community signs MoU with oil firm to establish modular refinery

OLEH—THE people of Ellu Kingdom, Isoko North Local Government Area, Delta State, have, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Onose Deep Oil and Gas Limited in respect of the acquisition of a parcel of land for the establishment of a modular refinery in the area.
