Regular ballers at the prestigious Industry Night can attest to the rare display of energy usually exuded by ‘Spanky’, the official host of the event. Patrick Osagie aka ‘Spanky da Stunner’ is an energetic event host and hype man, a lover of entertainment and fashion.

The Surulere bred socialite is an entertainer who grew up in the circle of celebrities like Benita Okogie, Terry G and a host of others who are now known entertainers in the Nigerian entertainment industry.

The mass communication graduate of Benson Idahosa University started his own entertainment consulting and artist Management Company called IBango Entertainment after which he landed the job to host Industry Night, a weekly music event showcasing established and upcoming talent in the Nigerian music industry.

He also hypes for Viva Lavida Entertainment’s Tuesdays Never Got Better. He has hyped on stage at major events with A-list acts like Naeto C, Rayce, Burna Boy, Sauce Kid, Harry Song, Dammy Krane and other performing acts. Spanky also graced the stage of the Calabar Festival 2015 with Naeto C.

In a recent interview with Vanguard, the handsome looking fashionista revealed that he is the only successful multi-talented hype man. “In Lagos, there are so many hype men that are just hype men, but I’m a hype man with a difference. I’m a hype man that is visible to everybody; attitude wise and everything,

I’m not just a hype man but a stand up colossus. I’m also loyal, if you don’t attend Industry Night on a good day, after meeting me as the host you would change your mind and become a regular baller”.
