Today we are going to be looking at some things we can do to improve monthly menstrual periods. In this article, I will be giving a few tips on what you can do to improve scanty periods. The first tip is exercise. If you are somebody who’s period is scanty or has different colours (not bright red), it could be that the blood isn’t flowing to the uterus the way it should. Just walking a few times a week especially before your period starts, you might find out that the circulation will help your blood to flow more easily.
