A 29-year-old bricklayer, Ibrahim Tijani, who allegedly killed his neighbour, Bashorun Okanla, with a cutlass, was on Monday in Lagos remanded at the Ikoyi Prisons. The Magistrate, Mrs M.O. Tanimola, of an Ebute Meta Chief Magistrates’ Court gave the order at the arraignment of the accused.
