Developer woos subscribers with 5% discount on purchase of apartments

Messrs Briscoe Properties Limited, a subsidiary of R. T. Briscoe (Nig) Plc and a front line real estate development company has announced 5 per cent discount on outright payment for apartments at its Orchid Court Apartments located at Michael Ogun Street, GRA, Ikeja, Lagos from now till February 12, 2015 when the new residential estate developed by the firm will be officially commissioned.

 

Also, a partnership arrangement has been sealed between the real estate development firm and the duo of Imperial Homes Mortgage Bank Limited and FBN Mortgages to provide mortgage facilities to prospective subscribers to Orchid Court.

 

This was disclosed by the Managing Director of Briscoe Properties Limited, Mrs. Sade Hughes, an architect, during a guided tour of the highbrow estate last week by the management team of the company led by Mrs. Hughes. The guided tour was to enable prospective subscribers to the housing types at Orchid Court to view the houses before placing orders.

 

The tour also offered the built environment stakeholders a pivotal and first hand opportunity to appreciate the beauty, quality attention to details and enormous investment committed to the project by the company, according to a statement made available to Vanguard Homes & Property

 

The statement further noted while announcing the grand opening ceremony of the iconic property slated for February 12, 2015 to the visitors, Briscoe Property boss also informed the gathering of her company’s decision to discount the houses by 5 per cent between now and the commissioning day as well as facilitation of mortgage loans for prospective home owners at Orchid Court.
