The All Progressives Congress in Sapele, Sapele  Local Government Area of the State, in preparation towards holding what it described as “Mother of all campaigns,” by next week Monday, February 2, 2015, across the Council Area, yesterday held what it described as “mock campaign” in Sapele and environs, which it says was meant to determine the acceptability of the party and its candidates, and to sensitise and prepare the people of the area towards the grand campaign.

Wife of APC candidate in the forthcoming Delta State House of Assembly Sapele Constituency election, Mrs Eunice Anirah, who led over four thousand APC faithful in the campaign said, “This mock campaign is a huge success, particularly as it witnessed a handful of decampees from the ruling Peoples Democratic Party.  There shall be more decampees at the party’s Monday grand campaign in Sapele and environs. From what everyone can see today (yesterday), this party (APC) and its candidates at the various levels of the election, has a very high acceptability in Sapele and environs because the people are fed up with the ruling PDP government at various levels.”
