Ebola: LASG summons mortuary operators, funeral homes
Towards ensuring the effective monitoring of corpses in the mortuaries in Lagos, the Health Facility and Accreditation Monitoring Agency, HEFAMA, in collaboration with the Federal/State Joint Task Force, has summoned operators of private mortuaries and funeral homes in the state to a stakeholders’ meeting.
Oba of Ikorodu, Ayangburen, dies at 83
The paramount ruler of Ikorodu, the Ayangburen, Oba Salaudeen Oyefusi (Oguntade II), has died at the age of 83 after months of battling with ill-health.
The Oba died in London on Saturday at about 7:30pm.
