AS part of efforts to further ensure trade facilitation and faster clearance of goods from the ports, the management of the Nigeria Customs Service, NCS, and the Nigerian Shippers’ Council, NSC, are to partner for the establishment of a Single Window, an all inclusive electronic trade platform for stakeholders.

Ogun clarifies debt profile, says it owes N37.9bn

ABEOKUTA—OGUN State government yesterday said the debt it owed banks stood at N37.9 billion, contrary to the report that it owed over N200 billion. It equally said it had accessed only N5 billion out of the N29.3 billion the state House of Assembly approved as loans that could be accessed in this year’s Appropriation Law.
