Operatives of National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, yesterday, arrested a bicycle parts dealer with 1.7 kilogrammes of heroin upon arrival on an Etihad flight from Pakistan at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, MMIA, Lagos.
