Any dividend from Transcorp

Please help me find out whether   Transcorp  has declared dividend or not.  If not, why and when do I expect it  because  I have been worried since 2007?  (With God   Enugu)

Transcorp is yet to declare dividend since its IPO. Only the company’s management can explain why, and when the company would likely declare dividend.

Where is my Conoil share certificate?

I bought 200 units shares of National Oil and Marketing Company (now Conoil Plc) but I have not received share certificate. I wrote to the registrar but no reply. I only received bonus dividends from the company.  Please kindly help me to trace the share certificate. (Mr Elobe Ndulue Fredrick)

If you are receiving dividend from the company, it means the share certificate had been issued, probably posted to the wrong address. In any case, the registrar should have responded to your letter. Please send a formal complaint to vanguardinvestorsforum@gmail.com. Please if you can, attach scan copy of the letter you wrote to the registrar.

Datamax Registrars, pay my GTBANK dividend!

I have been in a running battle with Datamax Registrars Ltd of 7 Anthony Village Road, Anthony, Shomolu Lagos, since last July.  Datamax  has refused to remit my dividend declared by GT Bank for the year ended 31/12/2012, payable 25/04/2013. Through an e-dividend payment advice sent to me, Datamax claimed to have paid the money into my GTB account, but checks at two branches of GTB in Onitsha showed that it was never credited to my account. I called Datamax on the 19th of July and an official who refused to disclose his name directed me to send them my statement of account for the period 25/04/2013 – 30/04 /2013. I sent the statement through GTB on 22nd July. After one month of silence, I called Datamax on 21st August but they claimed they had not received my correspondence.

I had to resend it the same day through GTB, but Datamax has kept mute about it up till now. Please assist me (UDENTA CHRISTOPHER C)

SEC release my Access Bank certificate

I bought 14,000 units of Access Bank shares in 2008 and certificate was issued to me. I sent the certificate to my broker for verification, and along the problem, he had problem with SEC. As a result SEC impounded the certificate along with others. Since then I have been writing to SEC for the retrieval of the certificate so that I can sell but no response (Nwiloh Anthony)
