After-sales, very important to Chanrai — Raju

Determined to give its customers the best of service, Chanrai Nigeria Ltd, authorized distributor for Mitsubishi Motors and Fuso in Nigeria, is investing heavily in after-sales facilities across the country. Mr Raju Sawlani, Executive Director Chanrai Nigeria Ltd, disclosed this recently when he conducted Motoring Journalists round one of their facilities at Isolo, Lagos.

The executive director pointed out that, the company takes the issue of after-sale very seriously knowing that it is the live-wire of any automobile.

The company has been in the business of Mitsubishi distributorship in the last 24 years selling models like The Pajero, Outlander, L200 pickup, Counter trucks and Lancer.

To this end , he disclosed that the company is renovating all its facilities and adding state of the arts equipment with the aim of offering world-class service to its customers.

“After sales backup is very important to us and in the next one year, we will be putting more on ground to serve our customers better”, he said.

The executive director further explained that over N500million worth of spare parts are stocked in their warehouse to ensure that customers get genuine spare parts for their Vehicles. He disclosed that more spare parts were being expected in the next few weeks.

Mr Raju who has close to three decades experience in the auto-Industry described the Mitsubishi brand as world-class products that boast excellent quality, fuel economy, durability, and comfort .

According to him, the company’s priority is in after sales, high quality service, customer satisfaction at affordable price and excellent products to customers at all time.

Apart from opening more branches across the country, the executive director hinted that the company will be adding more models to its lineup in the country to beef up its market share.

He explained that the company is getting good support from the parent company who have opened a regional office in Kenya thereby making it possible for them to access spare parts and other products with ease.
“Mitsubishi is on expansion plans. It is adding more models and has opened a regional office in Kenya aimed at bringing the products closer to the Nigerian market,” he said.

Mr Raju who explained that they do things differently noted that their plan is to meet customer’s satisfaction through excellence service with highly skilled versatile team and genuine spare part.

According to him, Chanrai Nigeria Limited provides transport solution, render quality service through their well trained team, conduct service clinic regularly, offer service to fleet customer at door step, as well as provide mobile service to customers on remote occasions or emergencies.
