CALABAR—PRESIDENT of National Association of Seadogs, Calabar chapter, Cross River State, Dr. Ofem Enang, weekend, accused the Federal Government of knowing those behind the insecurity in the country but lacked the political will to prosecute them.

Dr. Enang, who spoke in Calabar, said there was no way the security apparatus in the country could not have given intelligence reports to the Federal Government, but the government might not have been ready to act on same.
