Messrs QMB Builders’ Mark has assured home builders seeking to enhance the interior and exterior aesthetics of their properties of  the availability of the latest design tiles and sanitary wares to achieve that purpose.

Managing Director of the company, Mrs. Toro Biobaku who unveiled the 2012 designs at the Lekki corporate headquarters of the company, said the new designs are unique to the company. “The finishes are also unique. Some are like wall papers, marble finish, classic in design, rough face, and others plain,” she said.

The tiles which  come with 20 years guarantee against all form of defects, like acid, wear and tear, discoloration and fire, according to Mrs Biobaku, can be used for floor and external cladding in locations like hotels, airports, and high traffic areas.

She explained that the tiles which are made in Spain are of very high  quality.

Continuing, she said: “We have the regular teak even for kitchen cabinet, fitted fridge, fitted wine chiller, fitted dish washer, washing machine, including fitted deep fryer and all these can be incorporated into a kitchen comprehensively.”

The QMB Builders Mart boss in a press statement, said the company has three new designs of sanitary wares; economy, medium and high-end and they come with regular and soft seat covers. “The three designs that have just been introduced this year into the market are unique to QMB Builders’ Mart,” she said.

All the water taps and mixers come with two years guarantee against all forms of defects and algae formation that give people infections. The kitchen sets are protected against water precipitation, which causes kitchen cabinets from being destroyed.

Leaks in taps, she said are caused by poor quality membrane sealant used in inferior quality taps. “What we have are high quality ones and they are guaranteed. For domestic use we give five years guarantee, and 10 for commercial.

We have never had anyone come to complain about our taps. To safeguard against leakage, kitchen sinks are supplied with factory fitted drains and waste pipes. We sell them with complete kits, including the chopping board, knives, scissors, among others.

It is a complete kitchen accessory/package. What is common in the market is the use of bitumen to attach to the pipes but this comes off in no time.”

She said the company is able to match quality with competitive pricing because “we are relatively new in the market and it is only reasonable to for us to position ourselves in the market with better quality than what is available and better prices. We are not making as much profit margin as our competition but we are only investing in our future. We insist on quality products, excellent prices and good before and after sales service.”

She gave an example with doors, “Our regular PVC door weighs more than the ones in the market because instead of them having just a laminate on them, they are made of wood of about 8mm gait as against those of 3 gait in the market. In addition, they come with rubber protection against slamming and friction. They are also insulated against noise and heat.

QMB Builders’ Mart lauded the Lagos State government for constructing an access road from Elf Bus stop  to the company.
