Evwreni Clan Improvement Union, an umbrella body for all Evwreni indigenes in Nigeria and the in Diaspora, has elected new officers to run the affairs of the Lagos chapter for the next two years.

At the end of the election, held September 4, Messrs. Frank Oruore and Lucky Diakporu emerged President and Vice President, respectively. Mr. Ighorodje Joseph, Secretary and Mr. Kingston Fashe, Assistant Secretary.

Others are: Mr. Akpomerha Akpomerha, Financial Secretary; Mr. Richard Dowe, Treasurer and Mr. Peter Avuomarayewhe PRO/Welfare Officer, while the erstwhile President, Mr. John Ogbe and Mr. Mallory Etso are ex-officio members.
