POLICE authority in Warri, Delta State, have arrested a gang of three suspected kidnappers at a forest between Aladja and Ogbe-Ijaw in Udu and Warri South-West local government areas of the state.

KIDDIES’ Kingdom Private School (KKPS), one of the leading private primary schools, situated at Aviation Estate, on the Murtal Muhammed International Airport Road, Lagos penultimate week won the coveted prize on the Jet Day Competition organized to enhance the pupils’ interest in learning science and increase their mental abilities on the world of science.

Members of graduating class 2011, Krisbethel College, Akinogun, Ipaja, Lagos, were told to acquire as much knowledge as they can and that their focus should still be on education.

It sounded like a fairy tale. About 16 of them were travelling in a luxury bus heading for Abuja. It was still dark. All of a sudden, they fell into the hands of the men of the underworld who ordered them to lie face down on the highway while they were dispossessed of their valuables. Before they knew what was happening, another luxury bus on top speed ran over them and two of them survived to tell the story.

Brilliance Pupils and their parents in over one hundred schools were over the weekend gathered in Lagos to celebrate the kids’ academic success as ASTYMIN created the platform for a time of extreme fun and thrill.
