The Lagos State Government has filed two separate criminal charges, against the former Director-General of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, NSE, Dr Ndi Okereke- Onyiuke, Alhaji Lance Elakama and six others before a Lagos High Court for alleged theft of N3.3 billion.

Lagos flood: 7 additional bodies recovered
