GOVERNOR  Nyesom Wike of Rivers State, yesterday,  claimed  the state government had intelligence report that  a faction  of All Progressives Congress, APC, was arming  political thugs  to disrupt local government elections  taking place tomorrow in the state.

Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike has stated that the State Government has intelligence that a faction All Progressive Congress (APC ) is arming political thugs to disrupt the June 16, 2018 Local Government Elections in the state.
