The presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar, has described the telephone conversation between the United States Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, and the President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu as “demoralising and acknowledgement of a fraudulent election in Nigeria.”
