Ahead of the 2027 general election, the Fancy Media Team (FMT), a network of media volunteers promoting the policies and programmes of the Kogi State Government, has endorsed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo for a second term in office.

The Network for Good Governance and Development (NEFGAD), a civic organization, has written to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu seeking urgent intervention in the challenges facing Nigeria’s foreign missions and immigration attachés deployed across the world.

President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of five new permanent secretaries to fill existing vacancies in the Federal Civil Service.

THE 2023 Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, PDP, Mr Peter Obi, Monday, said the designation of Nigeria as Country of Particular Concerns, CPC, is a consequence of a lack of competent and committed leadership, as well as poor, prudent deployment of available resources.

He clarified that if President Tinubu were to visit the White House, his meeting would be with US President Donald Trump, not the Vice President.

Former Presidential Aspirant and Convener of the YesWeFit Revolutionary Movement, Dr. Thomas-Wilson Ikubese, has warned that propaganda or seeking a meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump without demonstrating the political will to decisively confront insecurity in Nigeria would amount to “a voyage in futility.”

INDICATIONS have emerged that President Bola Tinubu and the American President, Donald Trump, may soon hold a diplomatic meeting over issues surrounding the concerns raised by Trump regarding the alleged genocide against Christians in Nigeria.
