PRAYERS were daily offered for God’s intervention in the country at the ongoing 18th annual Holy Ghost Congress of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, as several eminent gospel ministers from various denominations led the daily expanding crowd of worshipers in supplication to intercede for the family, the church, leaders ,youth and the nation at large.

The Director-General of the National Sports Commission, Mallam Al Hassan Yakmut, was full of praises for the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, over the church’s initiative to wake-up the country’s sports authorities on the possibility of the Team Nigeria winning gold medals at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
