The Ekiti State chapter of the All Progressive Congress (APC), has advised outgoing Governor Ayo Fayos to look elsewhere for political sanctuary, should he jump out of the PDP.

GOVERNOR Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State, Monday, threatened to dump the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, over what he described as attempt by some people to take over the structure of the party and sidelining those who have been toiling to keep the party together.

 Outgoing Ekiti governor Ayo Fayose, has regretted the failure of Sokoto Governor, Aminu Tambuwal, to emerge as the PDP presidential candidate at the party’s national convention held in Port Harcourt on Saturday.

The outspoken governor of Ekiti state, Ayodele Fayose, Monday threatened to quit the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, yesterday described as dastardly, unwarranted and unprovoked,  the alleged attack on its leaders including national chairman, Prince Uche Secondus, Senate President, Bukola Saraki, Ekiti state governor, Ayodele Fayose and others while on a peaceful protest to Force headquarters and the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, in Abuja over the recently concluded Osun election. 

GOVERNOR Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State, yesterday, demanded N20 billion as damages from the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, for placing him on security watch list as a sitting governor.

For placing him on watch list and directing that he should be arrested if he attempted to travel out of the country as a sitting governor conferred with constitutional immunity against any criminal proceedings, Ekiti State Governor, Mr. Ayodele Fayose has demanded N20 billion as damages from the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), a written apology from to be published to all Security Agencies in Nigeria, three National Newspapers and the Social Media as well as withdrawal of the request/directive to Security Agencies to place him on security watch list.
