In what is becoming a weekly sordid ritual, 61 persons were, over the weekend, killed in separate dastardly incidents in Benue and Zamfara States.
Another 31 killed in Benue
It was bloody weekend in Benue state following the reported murder of about 31 persons in six communities of Guma local government area by suspected herdsmen who also razed over close 82 houses in the affected areas and a bloody slash of rival political and cult groups in Otukpo local government are of the state.
Arsonists kill soldier, burn down community in Benue
