AHEAD of the 2027 general elections, the Interim National Secretary of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, yesterday, embarked on a mass membership drive into the new coalition movement in Lagos State, urging residents and Nigerians to vote out the All Progressives Congress, APC.

“…opposition figures like Atiku Abubakar, Peter Obi, Rotimi Amaechi, and others in this electoral cycle. If these personalities successfully band together and stand behind one of them, then they are in business. It may be reminiscent of the intervention of the APC in 2015.”

An All Progressives Congress (APC) rally held in Opi-Nsukka, Enugu State, was temporarily disrupted on Saturday following reported incidents of violence, including the destruction of canopies and rally materials.

Governors of the All Progressives Congress APC have declared the ruling party as the only viable political party in Nigeria, dismissing all other parties as nonexistent.

The candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in the coming Ikenne/Sagamu/Remo North Federal Constituency bye-election, Princess Adesola Ayoola-Elegbeji has advised the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, to stop labouring in vain, because Remo people are wise enough not to waste their votes on him or any other party at this crucial time.

Today, Nigeria stands at a political crossroads. The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), under President Bola Tinubu, remains the dominant force, controlling 23 of the country’s 36 states and commanding vast federal resources.

“As far as we are concerned in the APC, come 2027, President Bola Tinubu is going to have nothing less than 15 million votes. We know that is going to happen.
