The Atiku/Okowa Presidential Campaign has said the integrity deficit of the Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu, is responsible for the continued absence of President Muhammadu Buhari from the APC campaign.

Kebbi state governor, Abubakar Bagudu has dismissed claims that some APC governors are working with the opposition against the ambition of the ruling party’s presidential candidate, Senator Bola Tinubu.

The Minister of Labour and Employment, Senator Chris Ngige said that he decided to stay away from the All Progressives Congress, APC, Presidential campaigns or any other political party because the four frontrunners for the presidency are good candidates who have the requisite cognate experience in Government business at state and federal levels.

“We can invest the money wisely, for instance in health, as some of you have said. No matter how long you protest, we will remove the subsidy. We can do it. We are educated enough. How can we subsidise the fuel consumption of Cameroon, Niger, Benin Republic, and some others?”

The Director General (DG) of Senator Yakubu Lado Gubernatorial Campaign Council under the Katsina State Peoples Democratic Party in 2019, Alhaji Sani Abu Minista along with 1,907 others have defected to the ruling All Progressive Congress APC in Katsina State.
