APC faction defies court order, hold congress in C’ River

A faction of the All Progressives Congress, APC, led by Mr Clement Ebri, former governor of Cross River State on Wednesday defied the Order of an Abuja High Court restraining the party from conducting a State Congress to elect new executives for the party in the state until hearing for the substantive matter scheduled for October 25th 2018.
