Justice Adetayo Aluko of the Federal High Court in Lagos on Friday revoked the preliminary order which placed General Hydrocarbons Limited (GHL) and its assets under the purported Receiver Manager appointed by the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON), Sevi Akinwunmi.
