TRAGEDY has struck in the nation’s capital, Abuja, as about ten persons including women and children were feared trapped under a building which collapsed yesterday.

Federal Government is set to remodel Federal Secretariat, Abuja, through Public Private Partnership (PPP) to ensure safety of staff and boost productivity, the Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs Winifred Oyo-Ita, said.
