Debunking the rumour making the round that Fenog was formed and is owned by one Government Ekpemupolo, alias Tompolo, the company in a press statement Sunday at its premises at Ugbuwangue, Warri, said “we hereby state categorically and unequivocally that the said Fenog Nigeria Limited was not formed or owned either fully, partially or in any respect by the said Government Ekpemupolo.”

“As indicated in my New year message of goodwill which was published as an Op-Ed piece on January 1 by the Guardian, I expected this year to provide the opportunity for comprehensive peace in the Niger Delta and a new lease of life for new growth in the regio and much progress around Nigeria.

According to Enewaridideke, “It is relevant in dramatizing the promptness of First Marine and Engineering Services Limited in the discharge of its corporate responsibility as a company operating in the Niger Delta just as it is very prompt in sending relief materials to the devastated Gbaramatu communities in Warri south-west council.”

Ake, who spoke in Port Harcourt, said the party was intact, adding that it was not true that the party was factionalized between loyalists of the former governor, Dr Peter Odili and the present governor of the state, Rotimi Amaechi.
