Shell loses appeal to forfeit Bonny Terminal land
THE Court of Appeal sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, weekend, re-affirmed a Rivers State High Court order, which ordered Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited, SPDC, to forfeit land on which its oil tank farm and the biggest oil terminal in Africa, Bonny Terminal, is situated, to the owners, the Bonny people.
