ABUJA—The Code of Conduct Tribunal sitting in Abuja yesterday insisted that the pioneer Chairman of EFCC, Malam Nuhu Ribadu, has a case to answer on alleged failure to declare his assets while in office.

According to him, what Oba are currently being paid is not enough to take care of their families and their subjects who bombard them with their financial needs regularly.
His colleague, Oba Riliwan Oluwalannbe Taiwo of Ojokoroland, corroborated him, adding that both the Oba and the people are starving.

He pointed out that the two parastatals only wait for new development in their area of operations before taken action which he said was responsible for the recent port congestion in the ports in Lagos.

The tanker, police sources said, was loaded with 33,000 litres of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) otherwise known as petrol and was coming from Yaba axis apparently heading towards the Maryland area when the accident occurred.
