By Chris Ochayi ABUJA—The Federal Government yesterday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Development Lease Agreement (DLA) with eleven private sector real estate developers to construct 1, 729 affordable housing units across the country.

The group urged Mr. President and the amiable Governor of Delta State to see the exigent need for the Delta Central Senatorial District, which is the second highest oil producing Senatorial District in Delta State, to have its turn this time around.

The dissolved members of SUBEB had, through their counsel, Faith Osadolor Chambers, written to the state House of Assembly preventing the state governor from appointing any persons as board members for SUBEB.
