By Vincent Ujumadu AWKA—THE Movement for the Actualization of Sovereign State of Biafra, (MASSOB) has denied that its leader, Chief Ralf Uwazurike signed an agreement with the Federal Government to drop his agitation for  the actualization of Republic of Biafra.

He also advised political representatives and leaders to get themselves involved in grassroots politics, adding that both the electorate and political representatives have a key role to play in the development of the country.

In the originating summons made available to Vanguard in Benin City yesterday, IPMAN is challenging the legality and constitutionality of setting up the task force, which was saddled with the responsibility of monitoring the selling, quality and movement of petroleum products in the state.

The chairman of the joint unions, comprising Colleges of Education Academic Staff Union (COEASU), Senior Staff Union of Colleges of Education of Nigeria (SSUCOEN) and Non Academic Staff Union of Colleges of Education (NASU), Comrade Richard Igbunu, maintained yesterday that the strike would continue until the authorities withdrew the suspension letters served the affected union executives.
