Indication emerged yesterday that the 19-year-boy who disguised as a lady was a suspected member of a robbery gang who used such means to attack men in designated places including prominent hotels and eateries in different parts of the country.

Akpan, who issued the threat during a meeting with the contractors and stakeholders in waste management in his office at the Idongesit Nkanga Secretariat, Uyo, warned the contractors to sit up or risk losing their contracts.
