A Federal high Court sitting in Abuja yesterday issued a fresh order remanding the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Transnational Corporation of Nigeria (Transcorp), Mr. Tom Iseghohi and two others in Kuje prisons till June 22.

By Evelyn Usman & Ifeanyi Okolie Tragedy was averted yesterday when the decking of a storey building caved in, in Oworosoki area of Lagos. However, three persons — a mother and her two children — said to have been trapped under the debris for hours before help came, sustained serious injuries.

Our correspondent reports that the entire building wall will collapse soon unless government intervened quickly, as the dilapidated building, made of mud, is the only building standing in the primary school.
