The presiding judge, Justice Olayinka Faji, of the Federal High Court yesterday directed that counsel would adopt their written addresses at the adjourned date, adding that he would deliver his judgment in the case on July 30.
Justice Faji did not hide his displeasure at the action of the counsel in the case and could not understand why counsel would not submit written addressees as agreed and ordered by the court.
